The deal, in plain words.

FomoCraft is an independent game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by FOMO Labs Inc. Prizes are pre-funded promotions — no entry fee, no wagering.

FomoCraft uses your Fomo identity only through authorized integrations — we never scrape Fomo and never ask for your Fomo password, seed phrase, private keys or session cookies.

• You need a linked Fomo identity to enter rounds and to vote in rounds that require verified voters. Watching needs nothing.
• One person, one identity. You're responsible for what happens under yours.
• We can suspend or ban identities that break the rules, abuse voting or attack the game.

• The game server runs every round: the timer, plot ownership, every block edit, voting windows and the bracket.
• Results come from the bracket and are signed. Nobody edits results by hand. If a round can't produce a reliable result (for example the server is down too long mid-build), it's voided with the reason shown — we never invent a winner.
• Rounds can be delayed or cancelled before entries lock (for example when too few builders qualify or a prize isn't funded).

• Prizes are promotional and pre-funded. No purchase, entry fee, wager or stake is ever required, and you can't buy votes or advantages.
• A prize is paid once, to the reward wallet linked to the champion's identity, after the signed result. Make sure that wallet is yours and can receive the asset; a transfer to the wallet you provided is final.
• Payouts can be held during a moderation review or while an identity is under investigation for fraud. You're responsible for any taxes on what you win.
• Where promotions like this aren't allowed, you may play but can't receive prizes.

• Your builds are yours. By building in a round you let FomoCraft store and show them — in the showcase, the Hall of Builds, timelapses, share images and the fair-play record — for as long as the game runs.
• Builds are recorded permanently as part of each round's verifiable record. Builds that break the rules are hidden and may be disqualified.

FomoCraft is provided as is. We work hard to keep rounds running and fair, but we can't promise the game is always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it.

We may update these terms and the rules; the date at the top changes when we do. Rounds already in progress run under the rules version recorded in their signed result.
