Privacy
What we keep, and why.
A build battle is public by nature. Here's exactly what's public, what stays private, and what we never touch.

What we never collect
Your Fomo password, seed phrases, private keys or Fomo session cookies. No raw IP addresses are stored. We don't run third-party ad trackers.
What we store
- A random visitor id in a cookie (
fc_uid) so you stay signed in and your entries, votes and reports belong to you. - Your linked Fomo identity: handle, display name, avatar link and the profile id the integration gives us — plus the reward wallet address you choose.
- Game data: round entries, your plot, every block edit (for timelapses and crash recovery), your final builds, votes you cast, and reports you file.
- Anti-abuse signals: salted one-way hashes of your network address and device, used to stop duplicate entries and vote fraud. They can't be turned back into an address.
- Country from your connection's headers, where available, for promotion eligibility.
What's public
- Your handle, avatar, builds, placements, stats, Craft Rating and leaderboard positions.
- Each round's fair-play record: entrants (handles), plots, build hashes and voxels, the bracket, vote totals and vote receipts.
- Vote receipts are anonymous — a receipt shows which side a vote counted for, not who cast it. Only you know which receipts are yours.
- Prize payouts are blockchain transactions, which are public by design and show the receiving wallet.
How it's used
To run rounds, count votes once per identity, pay prizes to the right wallet, moderate builds, prevent fraud and show stats. We don't sell personal data.
Your choices
- Disconnect your Fomo identity at any time; you can link again later.
- You can ask us to remove your identity from your profile and leaderboards. Round records that are signed and published for fairness keep build hashes and vote totals, but your identity can be detached from them.
- Clearing cookies signs you out on that device.
